gads_propose_brand_exclusion

Propose attaching a brand exclusion list to a Search campaign (SharedSet BRANDS + negative CampaignCriterion.brand_list).

Propose attaching a brand exclusion list to a Search campaign (SharedSet BRANDS + negative CampaignCriterion.brand_list). Pass brands already resolved to Commercial KG entity ids (from BrandSuggestionService / operator pick). Always queues for approval. Use before or with proposeAiMaxSetting to keep AI Max off own-brand / competitor queries.

Scope: write token required · money-moving. Every write is dry-run validated, then classified by the safe-apply policy — auto-applied when bounded and low-risk, otherwise queued for approval.
