List campaigns with performance over N days. Filter by status. Returns budget, bidding strategy, and the impression-share family — rank-lost IS is the signal-quality/bid lever, budget-lost IS the budget lever. aiMax is the AI Max for Search opt-in (Search campaigns only; null elsewhere). Non-SEARCH channels (PERFORMANCE_MAX, DEMAND_GEN, …) sync campaign-level only — propose only budget/status/target changes for them; structure tools (ad groups/keywords/ads) are Search-only.
Scope: read token (or higher). Read-only.
