History and auditability
The unified timeline of what changed, when, why, who, and the result.
Every account has a History page — a single timeline that merges changes the copilot made with changes made directly in the Google Ads UI. It answers what changed, when, why, who did it, and how it turned out.
What lands on the timeline
- Agent actions — every proposal and its disposition: applied automatically, applied on approval, queued, rejected, or failed. Each carries its risk tier and the policy reasons behind the decision.
- Google Ads UI changes — edits made outside the app, pulled in through change-history sync, so the record is complete even when you work directly in Google Ads.
Reversibility
Where a change snapshotted the prior state, History offers a revert. Reverts are linked back to the action they undo, so the chain stays legible.
Appeals
A write blocked by advertising policy is recorded as failed with its reason, and keyword adds rejected by policy can be appealed with an exemption request — the block and the appeal both show on the timeline.
